Report Plug-in (Accuate)

The REPORTS portion of Eagls is now available through this new plug-in. Understand that this new plug-in is only for PCs. This will not work with MACs.

Follow the instructions below for the new Accuate plug-in.

1. The old Accuate plug-in has to be completely removed. This can be accomplished through the Control Panel and Add / Remove programs. If you do not see the Accuate plug-in in the Add and Remove section then you did not have it installed prior to this new plug-in. Go ahead and install the new Accuate plug-in and skip this procedure. If you are not comfortable with this operation, first, have your computer support person work this for you.

2. Now install the New Accuate plug-in. Click on "ACCUATE PLUG-IN" below to start the operation. Again, if you are not comfortable with this operation, have your computer support person work this for you.

ACCUATE PLUG-IN for Microsoft Internet Explorer

ACCUATE PLUG-IN for Netscape Navigator 16 bit

ACCUATE PLUG-IN for Netscape Navigator 32 bit

3. You now need to login to Eagls. Once in Eagls you need to go to Reporting. Once in Reporting you need to sign in again, but this time USE ALL CAPS AND NO CONSECUTIVE LETTERS OR NUMBERS IN YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD, or the system will not let you in.

NOTE: If the reporting module will not let you in, it is because you have to have a password of EXACTLY EIGHT (8) CHARACTERS. You will have to go into MAINTENANCE, then CHANGE PASSWORD to change your password.

4. Once you can see the reporting module and you double click on a report, a window will come up and give you the choice of "Open this file from its current location" or "Save this file to disk". Choose "Open this file from its current location". Also, make sure you remove the checkmark from "Always ask before opening this type of file". Then click, OK. Again, if you are not comfortable with this operation, first, have your computer support person work this for you. If you have any questions pertaining to this, call Scott Champion 777-2020 for help.
