Logging On
Key points to remember
- The first time you log on to EAGLS, you will automatically be prompted
to change your password.
- You are allowed three unsuccessful UserID &/or Password attempts
before access to EAGLS is denied.
- If your EAGLS access has been denied, call the Technical Help Desk
for a password reset.
- You muse have a valid UserID and Password to log into EAGLS.
- If any information entered is incorrect, you will receive an error
message. Sample error messages:
- Invalid UserID and Password
- Access denied for exceeding the number of unsuccessful log on
attempts
- Invalid old password or invalid new password
- Previous password used

- Type your UserID in the UserID field and type your Password in the Password
field. Click on the SUBMIT button
