Key points to remember The first time you log on to EAGLS, you will automatically be prompted to change your password. You are allowed three unsuccessful UserID &/or Password attempts before access to EAGLS is denied. If your EAGLS access has been denied, call the Technical Help Desk for a password reset. You muse have a valid UserID and Password to log into EAGLS. If any information entered is incorrect, you will receive an error message. Sample error messages: Invalid UserID and Password Access denied for exceeding the number of unsuccessful log on attempts Invalid old password or invalid new password Previous password used

• Go to the EAGLS website:
  http://www.eagls.bankofamercia.com

• Type your UserID in the UserID field and type your Password in the Password field. Click on the SUBMIT button

• You are now logged in.
