WORKS: Logging On
Key points to remember
- The first time you log on to WORKS, you will automatically be prompted to change your password.
- You are allowed three unsuccessful UserID &/or Password attempts before access to WORKS is denied.
- If your WORKS access has been denied, call the Technical Help Desk for a password reset.
- You muse have a valid UserID and Password to log into WORKS.
- If any information entered is incorrect, you will receive an error message. Sample error messages:
- Invalid UserID and Password
- Access denied for exceeding the number of unsuccessful log on attempts
- Invalid old password or invalid new password
- Previous password used
